Handling HintsIn precast plants REBAcem S (BV) has to be added to the finished concrete mix in the compulsory mixer. On site the admixture has to be added to the ready-mix concrete mixer considering the permissible dosage because the plasticizing effect lasts for a limited time only.
During the manufacture of concrete products REBAcem S (BV) is added directly to aggregates. Please do not reduce water, if possible. At low dosage the effect of REBAcem S (BV) is like a concrete plasticizer, at higher dosage like a superplasticizer.

StorageProtect against frost, direct sun and dirt. Under normal storage conditions (closed container, 20 °C) minimum shelf-life 6 months. If stored at >30 °C and/or >2 months, the product has to be stirred prior to use.
